From 5–9 October 2025, the Cape Town International Convention Centre played host to the FIGO Congress, one of the most prestigious global gatherings in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.

As over 8,000 delegates from around the world converged to discuss the future of women’s health, The Source Solutions was proud to support three leading healthcare clients in bringing their brand experiences to life on the exhibition floor and beyond.
BD – Clean Design with Clinical Intent
For BD (Becton Dickinson), clarity and clinical precision were central to our approach. We delivered a minimalist stand with strong visual impact — showcasing BD’s advanced hemostatic technologies in a space that was open, accessible, and intentional. With clean white counters, focused branding, and just the right balance of information and space, the booth reflected BD’s commitment to surgical excellence while inviting meaningful engagement with healthcare professionals.
Groupe Ethica – Serelys: Where Science Meets Softness
For Groupe Ethica’s Serelys brand, we created a warm and inviting stand to match the hormone-free wellness product’s unique position in the women’s health space. The gradient colour palette — soft lavenders and corals — paired with tactile finishes and subtle French cues, created a calming atmosphere amidst a busy clinical environment. It was a space that embodied care, science, and approachability — inviting conversations about natural solutions for menopause and PMS support.
Nestlé Nutrition – The Science of Motherhood, Beautifully Delivered
Nestlé’s presence at FIGO spanned two distinct touchpoints: a tranquil Materna Charging Lounge and a fully branded Scientific Symposium under the theme “Empowering Mothers.”
Our team managed everything from lounge layout, floral styling, and product displays, to AV coordination, branded gifting, and speaker logistics for the symposium. With delegates from Switzerland, Italy, and Hong Kong leading scientific discussions, this activation combined high-level thought leadership with moments of rest and reflection. It was a seamless blend of brand, science, and storytelling.

Each space we created at FIGO was a response to a unique brand vision — but they all shared a common thread: intentionality. Whether it was a minimalist surgical stand, a calming wellness space, or a multi-format brand activation, we approached each build with both purpose and precision.
