On 22 January, an entire organisation stepped into a new season.

Hosted at the Norval Foundation, this Corporate Event Day was built around the 2026 theme “Light the Way.” Inspired by the meaning of fire, the concept represented more than energy. It represented direction, responsibility and collective momentum.

From the moment guests arrived, the environment reinforced the message. Warm lighting washed the corridors. Fire-toned florals brought richness and depth to every table. Lounge spaces encouraged connection before and after plenary sessions. The setting was intentional. The tone was deliberate.

Led by Nico Panagio, the day moved between inspiration and accountability. It honoured what had been achieved while creating clarity around what must come next. People were not positioned as spectators. They were reminded that they are active contributors to the journey ahead.
