Reimagining Connection: Inside the Novartis Sales Conference



Delivering a successful sales conference requires more than seamless logistics, it requires alignment, energy, and an environment that encourages meaningful engagement.


From 8–12 December 2025, we had the privilege of delivering an unforgettable multi-day Sales Conference for Novartis at the serene Mount Grace Spa and Hotel in Magaliesburg.

The 4-day experience was designed to connect, energise, and align Novartis' diverse teams around a shared vision for the year ahead. With strategic planning sessions, immersive teambuilding, and themed dinners each night, the event struck the right balance between business and bonding.


Event Highlights:

  • Main Plenary: Featuring a powerful orchestration-based teambuilding experience that challenged teams to listen, collaborate, and lead in harmony.

  • Breakaway Sessions: Dedicated streams for individual business units to dive deep into goals and tactical planning.

  • Evening Themes:

    • 8 Dec: Mexican Welcome Dinner – a bold and flavourful opening night.

    • 9 Dec: Gala Dinner – Rise of the Phoenix – celebrating resilience and future growth.

    • 10 Dec: Greek Night – inspired by strength and community.

    • 11 Dec: Winelands Farewell – a relaxed, elegant close to a high-impact week.
